Rules:
(1) A soldier may not take his eye protection off during a conflict.
(2) A soldier may not shoot anyone that doesn't have eye protection on.
(3) A soldier may not take, use, or destroy (without permission) anyone's personal property (guns, ammo, equipment ect.)
(4) Any soldier using offensive language, putting others in danger, not following the GAWC rules, or otherwise not conducting themselves in a Christ -like manner will be reprimanded and may be dismissed. If you see anyone not obeying the rules, first give them the benefit of the doubt. If still persisting, take them aside and explain (as they may not know they are breaking a rule). If they continue to break the rules tell your head teammate.
(5) A soldier's gun must confine with the weapon restrictions (see in the weapon regulations page).
(6) A soldier may not shoot wounded or dead soldiers, (identified by their blood rags on their head or hands raised above head).
(7) We are using the surrender or die rule. If you out-gun, out-number, or surprise someone you must give them a chance to surrender. If they choose not to you may proceed with the attack. If you are the one surrendering you are counted as dead and must wait for a medic to continue playing. (note: it is not wimpy to surrender, it is sportsmanship, as your opponent could have plastered you unmercifully).
(8) If a soldier is not wounded, that soldier may not act wounded (see rule #6).
(9) If a soldier is hit by a bb. (anywhere hand, foot, gun, clothes, ricochets, Ect), he must yell "HIT" then he must sit on the ground, place his active weapon on the ground put his blood rag on his head or raise hand; that soldier may not move, fire, talk, or give away enemy positions. He may call for a Medic.
This event is just for fun (not to show how rough and tough you are) so please be kind, courteous, watch out for the younger soldiers, and remember Godliness first, Safety second, and Fun third!!!
Descriptions:
Wound:
Being hit (any where glove, mask, shoe, gun, Ect.) directly or indirectly by a BB, if the fortification your in is hit by a grenade or rocket, or if you obtain shrapnel from a grenade.
Kill:
Being wounded after out of set amount of heals, being knifed (before or after wounded), or surrendering/"giving-up-the-ghost".
Healing:
Updated Healing/Medic Rule: Healing is done by a teammate and/or medic (dependent on mission) wrapping bandage on arm. Once bandaged, wounded soldier must wait 10seconds (for bleeding to stop) before he can get back into the fight. This can be done for a preset amount of times determined at start of game.
Reviving/spawning:
A dead soldier can revive/"spawn in" by waiting for a specified time at a team spawn point area. Once that time is up, you may remove bandages and get back into the fight. You may not shoot from the spawn area and may not shoot into spawn area. You may not take off your mask in the spawn area.
Transporting:
A wounded soldier can be transported by placing hand on shoulder of wounded. Then they can both walk/run together simulating wounded being carried or pulled from firefight.
Blood rag:
A bright colored rag or cloth that you can tie around or place on your head to signify to other players that you have been hit and wounded.
